Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US715 is actively seeking a full-time Executive Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will lead administrative functions across multiple business owners. We offer medical benefits, sick and vacation time, in addition to the base salary. Work hours are Monday through Friday.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
Assist the Owner with administrative functions, including billing, payroll in QuickBooks, etc.
Oversee tasks and update QuickBooks; bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks is required.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a 'Let me do it' attitude are essential.
Implement and oversee policies and procedures in collaboration with the Owner.
Welcome visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
Take and deliver messages.
Ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with adhoc marketing campaigns using various online tools.
Communicate customer requirements to the support team.
Respond to Google reviews.
Manage deposits, payments, and billing arrangements.
Answer product and service questions to attract potential customers.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
Maintain files and support pick-up orders.
Schedule meetings and send invites.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Word, QuickBooks.
Prior experience as an administrative assistant is required.
Manage social media for the office.
