Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Chargezoom is is a rapidly growing FinTech startup fresh off raising an $11.5M Series A and is transforming the B2B digital payments industry. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.

About The Role

We are looking for our “Donna” (Suits TV show reference). If you are sharp, cool under pressure and deadlines, then we want to hear from you. As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play an integral role as you leverage your high degree of confidence, integrity, and professionalism. We look for you to bring initiative and resourcefulness while you balance vital responsibilities. In this role your primary mission will be to provide best-in-class executive support which involves a wide variety of duties that are critical to ensuring smooth and seamless business processes.

Specifically, you will…

  • Assist our Founder/CEO in completing important and time-sensitive tasks
  • Help manage and facilitate our professional network
  • Format information for internal and external communication and distribution – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Coordinating/booking every detail of travel including flight, hotel and car service
  • Support by managing projects between departments and founder
  • Assist with email management, meeting confirmation, and other scheduling responsibilities for high-priority matters
  • Ownership of calendar coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive material and information with discretion and confidentiality


You will excel if you have…

  • 4+ years of experience in admin support/EA/project mgmt. for a founder and/or CEO
  • Proficient in Google Suite, QuickBooks, Slack, Project Management Tools (ClickUp, etc.)
  • You enjoy being detail-oriented & organized
  • You are creative when challenges arise
