Overview
Executive Assistant to the President – Michigan Broadband Services, Carney, MI. The ideal candidate will assist with managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the President’s time is optimized for efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all details are in place.
- Attend requested meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Management & Strategic Support
- Assist in special projects, initiatives, and research as required.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Support executive decision-making by gathering and analyzing data.
- Be proactive and think quickly to solve problems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
