Overview

Responsibilities
- Be hands-on with Board meeting logistics and documentation, with a high level of confidentiality.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and technology as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the executive and proactively solve problems with excellent communication and time management.
- Provide attention to detail and act as the glue of the organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or equivalent work supporting senior executives
- Board governance experience and understanding
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech savvy
