The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and the senior leadership team reporting into this function. The ideal candidate has extensive administrative experience with senior leaders and C-suite level executives, and must handle highly confidential information with professionalism.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicates with key contacts, handles phone and email inquiries from internal and external key contacts, answers routine questions and furnishes information.
  • Coordinates and schedules internal and external meetings and presentations; gathers and prepares necessary materials and/or equipment.
  • Manages the executive and department calendars, including administrative running of departments and their leaders.
  • Schedules appointments and prepares detailed itineraries as needed.
  • Maintains travel and expense records, including form preparation and reconciliation.
  • Assists in planning department events, staff meetings and activities as needed.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of desktop tools such as the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook/Email, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Manages registration and escorting of visitors as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma / GED
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: New York, NY: $36.79 - $55.19 hourly range noted as pay range for related roles; Comcast offers base pay within range based on experience, with potential bonuses and benefits described in company materials.
