Job Summary

This position reports directly to leadership of the Graduate School and provides high level executive and administrative support to leadership and other professional staff in the Graduate school. Primary duties include office management, account reconciliations, complex calendar management, procard responsibilities, drafting of correspondence and PowerPoint presentations, event planning, project management, travel planning and guest hospitality.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, superior written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

Required Education: BA

Required Related Experience: 4 yrs

Required License / Registration / Certification: None.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer terminal. Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds.

Shift

Mostly weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with the potential for occasional evenings or weekends for special events or projects.
