We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at International Motors, a global leader in automotive innovation. Responsibilities
- Keep the executive office running like a well-oiled machine — organize, prioritize, and manage day-to-day activities and workflow.
- Manage the CPO’s calendar, email, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
- Coordinate and attend key meetings — including executive staff meetings — capturing minutes and action items.
- Act as liaison between the CPO and direct reports, international teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Plan and execute corporate events, internal forums, and leadership logistics — from boardroom briefings to global sourcing committee coordination.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Manage expense reporting, requisitions, and special projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- At least 6 years of executive administrative experience
- OR
- At least 8 years of executive administrative experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership, preferably in a multinational or global organization.
- Global mindset — comfort working across time zones and with international teams.
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Background working with foreign nationals or in a global environment and fluency in or exposure to other languages/cultures.
- Experience with event planning, cross-functional coordination, and managing competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or managing executive forums.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
