Job Overview:
A global technology-driven organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior-level leadership. This role requires exceptional communication, calendar management, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including complex calendar and meeting management

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries

Prepare executive-level communications, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Manage sensitive information and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Schedule and facilitate team meetings, offsites, and events (virtual and in-person)

Track and submit expense reports and manage purchasing requests

Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to improve efficiency and executive productivity

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting executives in a large corporate, tech, or fast-paced environment

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with sound judgment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and managing complex schedules

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting VP or C-suite level executives

Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools such as MS Expense, MyOrder, or OneNote (a plus)

Previous experience at a large tech or multinational company
