Salary: $45,000 - $48,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Chancellor (SB-CHAN-IUSBA) – Schedules room reservations and on-site room preparation, catering, reminders, parking arrangements, and preparation of agendas and materials.
  • Chancellor–related financial management – Manages purchases and financial reports for the Chancellor's Office accounts.
  • General Responsibilities – Conserve the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.
  • Maintain the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Greet and assist guests and callers; answer inquiries or direct them as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect administrative operations.
  • Prepare administrative information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Education / Work Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED) plus 7 years of experience in an administrative support role; OR
  • Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience in an administrative support role; OR
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

Work Environment & Benefits

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
