ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by performing functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings and travel for executives as well as conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests while maintaining high level of confidentiality.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; execute expense reports as per policy & procedures.
  • Planning and execution of meetings and events both on small and large scale.
  • Prepare and edit presentation materials for senior-level meetings; reports, and forms, sometimes with limited direction.
  • Maintain, track, and provide reports relating to dept. budget and expenses, research and resolve issues relating to expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
  • Monitor, triage and/or address executive’s incoming calls and other client requests, as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff and customers, both internal and external.
  • Handle correspondence as directed, including composition and disposition of letters and memos. Ensure confidentiality of all documents, messages and telephone calls according to established processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Oversee and ensure efficient and effective office procedures and work flow.
  • Works on special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

  • Minimum of 6 years experience providing administrative support to executives
  • Experience managing/coordinating electronic meeting/calendar appointments and travel arrangements
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred

Salary information

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

$37.45 - $46.50 USD
