The UHS Business Development Department is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the Chief Growth Officer and VP, Shared Services, Behavioral Health (BH) Division and their teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Serve as the lead administrative contact for the Growth and Shared Services functions within the BH division, coordinating activities across company divisions and operations. Exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Evaluate and assist in developing office procedures for improved workflow. Anticipate future needs. Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the SVP’s ability to lead the organization. Assist with special projects. Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain contact lists, arrange travel, prepare expense reports, and coordinate office management issues.
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for SVP(s) and other leaders as it relates to cross-functional group meetings. Coordinate logistics for in-person meetings at locations to be determined. Make informed decisions regarding priorities and time availability. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under deadline pressure.
  • Provide event management support as requested, including administrative support for the Patriot Support Program Advisory Board, group travel, expense report reimbursement, and coordination of payments.
  • Manage a high-level confidential flow of information with discretion in a timely and accurate manner. Adapt to various competing demands.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from outside parties, routing issues to the appropriate team members as needed. Receive and relay telephone and electronic mail messages from internal and external sources, and manage time/interaction with internal and external sources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years’ experience supporting corporate C-suite leadership.

  • Advanced understanding of professional office operations in a corporate or headquarters environment.
  • Ability to complete a high level of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Less than 5% travel.
