As an Executive Assistant in Digital & Platform Services, you will need to work well in a team environment, represent the manager/group with professionalism, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine will include interaction with various executive-level internal clients across different lines of business. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the department's goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain complex and detailed calendars.
  2. Coordinate with the team for timely invoice processing and payments.
  3. Process invoices and T&E expense claims, ensuring compliance with policies.
  4. Maintain the LOA tracker for employees.
  5. Manage the coordination and logistics of internal and external meetings.
  6. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel.
  7. Organize internal and external events, including catering and transportation.
  8. Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and system access.
  9. Handle routine activities proactively and communicate issues or delays in advance.
  10. Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, with experience interacting with senior management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities, including calendar management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting senior-level managers.
  • College degree is a plus.

Note: This role requires working five days in the office (Monday to Friday) and does not support hybrid options.
