Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervision and equipment management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High safety awareness and commitment to GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure the operational readiness of all equipment.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain safety standards and report any equipment or workplace hazards immediately.
