Taco Bell - Chesterfield in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for our Chesterfield location. This is a full-time or part-time role. A Restaurant Supervisor should lead the team to achieve goals and assist in planning and management to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies, and meet and/or exceed financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team members to follow all service standards.
• Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
• Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.
• Read daily communication sheets from the previous shift and prepare one for the following shift.
• Check restaurant for cleanliness and proper setup. Check tables for cleanliness and proper setup.
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform restaurant-related duties.
