Position: Civil Engineer

My client is a mid-sized, tight-knit civil land development firm in the Greater Denver area, specializing in providing personalized, high-quality civil engineering and land development services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and manage site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts.
2. Prepare construction drawings, reports, and permit submittals.
3. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other consultants.
4. Conduct site visits and provide construction support.
5. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 2–20 years of experience in civil site design and land development.
3. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
