HVAC Installer – Residential & Light Commercial

Pay: $25.00–$35.00/hour depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time HVAC Installer for a locally owned company specializing in residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning.

What We Look For In HVAC Installer Candidates

• Ability to install furnaces, air conditioning units, thermostats, ductwork, and ventilation systems, retrofit experience.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and tools
• Ability to follow blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong understanding of safety standards and mechanical codes
• Skilled in brazing, basic wiring, and system startups
• Excellent customer service and communication when working on-site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience required
• EPA Certification and all tools for refrigerant handling and replacement installations
• Must be comfortable with hand tools, ladders, and rooftop units as needed
