HVAC Controls - Building Automation Division Manager – Urgently Hiring

An excellent Building Automation/Energy Management firm is actively seeking a Division Manager. This is an opportunity to lead projects related to Building Automation/Energy Efficiency with a strong focus on designing, commissioning, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects related to Designing, Commissioning, Project Management, and Team Leading for Building Automation/Energy Efficiency initiatives.
• Work with HVAC Controls and Building Management Systems.
• Coordinate with field personnel, contractors, and customers; ensure effective communication.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, and budgets; oversee project development and execution.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Building Automation or Energy Management (preferred).
• E.I.T or P.E. license encouraged.
• Experience with Direct Digital Controls, AutoCAD, Revit and Visio.
• Experience with project development and execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
