Description

You will greet guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails, you will be the first to provide an amazing experience for guests while making great money in a fun environment!

Pinstripes Hosts are the first to interact with guests and create the initial impression. Hosts set the stage for the gaming & dining experience. They are outgoing, friendly, and personable, with the ability to multitask and be aware of guests' perception.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up for success.

Requirements

• Provide memorable guest service
• Accurately take reservations over the phone and in person
• Answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
• Check in guests and seat them appropriately
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operation
• Offer suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences
• Help personalize the guest experience
• Process payments
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stand for up to 6 hours
• Maintain a neat appearance and follow grooming guidelines

Additional Information

Position is entry level, full-time, in the entertainment industry, focusing on customer service and hospitality.
