Occupational Therapist – Santa Cruz, CA | Day Shift

Position Overview:

Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift (6–8 hours per day)

Start Date: Immediate

Productivity Expectation: 90%

Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Rehab Optima is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and design individualized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on therapeutic care to promote patient independence

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

Active California Occupational Therapy License

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills

Experience with Rehab Optima preferred
