Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapist license

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current BLS certification

Experience in a rehab or skilled nursing facility preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver effective physical therapy interventions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress

Educate patients and families on recovery and at-home exercises
