Position: WE'RE HIRING DRIVERS / HELPERS

Job Description: Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
2. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
3. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
4. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
5. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
6. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
7. Preparing signature and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Description: Helper Responsibilities:

1. Work with the team to assemble, seal, and load packages into correct trucks.
2. Read and comprehend labels to ensure proper processing.
3. Always follow safety rules.
4. Lift parcels that weigh up to 125 lbs.
5. Use scanners to track parcel information, such as receipt or condition.
6. Sort items according to the destination.
7. Ability to work with hand tools and loading equipment.
8. Work efficiently to meet client and company expectations.
