Description
The Field Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Manager of Learning & Development by managing operational and training logistics across Steele Brands concepts, including Crisp & Green and PURALIMA. This role will provide support to ensure the successful execution of training programs, New Restaurant Openings, operational initiatives, and team member development projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between Operations Excellence, Corporate & Franchise Operations, and Field Leaders to ensure smooth execution of training and operational programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop training content that aligns with operational needs.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to optimize training processes and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NRO Trainers, providing detailed information on travel arrangements, training schedules, and pre-opening materials.
- Track and maintain NRO Trainer availability, performance feedback, and certifications to ensure a consistent and effective trainer pool.
- Own the scheduling, coordination, and communication of NRO Trainers for all Steele Brands New Restaurant Openings across Crisp & Green and PURALIMA.
- Coordinate logistics and communication for training programs, including ongoing operational activations, system rollouts, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain and distribute training materials, resources, and communication to support brand-wide initiatives.
- Track and maintain compliance with training programs, including participation, performance feedback, and certifications within the Learning Management System.
- Provide administrative support for operational projects, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of webinars, presentations, and other learning materials.
Requirements
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- Experience in restaurant operations or hospitality industry.
- At least 3 years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience.
- Experience supporting training or learning & development initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with scheduling tools and project management software preferred (Wrike, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Guest service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
