We are seeking a part-time cellars worker to join our award-winning Sweetwater Tavern brewing team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of beer and brewing, with a strong desire to work hard in cold cellar conditions, often independently, to produce excellent beer. This role involves tasks such as packaging and keg washing/delivery, with potential growth into brewing production roles. The candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and eager to grow both personally and professionally.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with the brewing team to meet quality and production goals
• Organizing the brewery and cold storage areas
• Keg washing
• Packaging and delivering products
• Other brewing production tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move over 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures below 40°F for extended periods
• Experience in a production brewery or brewpub with various beer styles is preferred but not required
