We are currently seeking Project Engineers responsible for supporting the project team, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget on our Heavy Civil and Underground Water & Wastewater Projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with scope of work, bid package development, and soliciting contractors and suppliers.
• Participating in pre-construction and ongoing meetings.
• Maintaining and distributing project schedules weekly.
• Managing permits, drawings, submittals, change orders, and back charges.
• Recording labor, equipment, and other job costs; processing delivery tickets for payment.
• Producing and sharing production and cash flow reports.
• Supporting project closeout activities, final quantities, change orders, and releases.

Work qualifications include:

• Knowledge of production methods and resource coordination
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong follow-through on delegated tasks
• Ability to produce accurate, timely results
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Willingness to travel

Education & Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Master’s preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive construction experience
• Experience with ADOT/CMAR projects is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Suretrax (Primavera), Prolog/Expedition, CAD, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of CSI codes, specs, and standards
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
