Our client in Dallas is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager (GC) with hands-on involvement in Waste Water Treatment plants from ground up.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr. Salary information is based on skills and experience and will be discussed with the recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Safety: Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution and documentation on the assigned project.
  • Project planning and execution: Develop and execute the pre-job plan and determine construction techniques.
  • Site utilization planning and CPM scheduling: Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan; prepare the CPM baseline, monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives, and CPM fragments with changes and delays.
  • Subcontractor & vendor management: Review equipment requirements; coordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors and vendors; conduct weekly Subcontractor Coordination meetings; expedite as needed to keep the project on schedule.
  • Cost and time management: Maintain time-keeping and cost records; review labor reports and cost reports to bring costs back in budget; manage change orders and back-charges as needed.
  • Quality and documentation: Manage the Quality Control Program; comply with jobsite reporting requirements (daily reports, weekly look-ahead updates, monthly schedule updates).
  • Site cleanliness and safety compliance: Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Team development: Drive talent development and management; foster learning and development; onboard and train new team members; conduct performance discussions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong preference for five (5) years of water/wastewater experience with scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production across all construction phases.
  • Experience with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore.
