Morrow & Associates is hiring: Director of Asset Management in Dallas

We’re hiring a strategic and results-driven Director of Asset Management in Dallas (Preston Center) to lead performance and value creation across our client’s industrial portfolio. Our client is a a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm that acquires, develops, and manages well-located industrial properties throughout the United States. Since 2018, they have acquired 70+ properties and are actively growing. Due to their expanding portfolio, they are looking to add a Director of Asset Management to their local team. This is a newly created position that will play a major role in their expansion.

The Director of Asset Management will work closely with the Partners to develop strategic plans for the assets as well as work closely with the investment, project, and property management teams.

Ideal candidate will have similar Asset Management experience with industrial and/or commercial properties.

Position Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of relevant asset management experience, industrial real estate preferred
• Ability to work with investment team and capital partners
• Strong analytical and real estate financial skills
• Leasing, disposition and refinancing plans
• Reporting for lenders and investors
• Oversee a small, in-house property management team
• Minimal travel
• In-office position (not remote)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
