What awaits you:

  • Maintain standard cost system
  • Calculate and maintain standard cost overhead and labor rates
  • Roll standard cost in SAP annually
  • Maintain and update all part numbers, BOMs, and routings in SAP
  • Verify all customer POs for accuracy, including piece price, tooling, rework
  • Make changes in the cost system as required through ECN process
  • Maintain SAP Perpetual Inventory
  • Review inventory transactions for accuracy
  • Coordinate physical inventories
  • Prepare month-end entries and analyses, ensuring reporting to management and headquarters
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales volume forecasts
  • Assist Program & Sales Managers with customer quotes and CAR submissions
  • Maintain professional communication with internal departments and external partners
  • Investigate errors, risks, and opportunities to prevent negative impacts
  • Complete AOP, SBR sales, deductions, and COS items
  • Work with sales to monitor pricing and accruals
  • Complete KPI reports weekly
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Textron health & safety, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards
  • Identify waste reduction and recycling opportunities

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS or BA in accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory skills preferred
  • Ability to work with senior management
  • Advanced computer and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
