You will be the Subcontract Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for securing the future of the company and warfighter through program and new product development. You will play a key role in managing subcontracts to support multiple prime contract customers.

What you will be doing: As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for managing moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts, serving as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. You will work with minimal supervision to solve problems and achieve program objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading cross-functional Subcontract Management Teams
• Managing the procurement cycle from request for proposal to purchase order closeout
• Preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts
• Managing supplier relationships, cost, schedule, and performance issues
• Monitoring and performing Earned Value analysis of supplier costs
• Maintaining accuracy of purchasing documents and data

This position is in Dallas. Must be a U.S. citizen - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
