As we continue to grow, Brikwell is expanding its Asset Management team to ensure strong performance and lasting impact in the communities we serve.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Brikwell seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate of Asset Management to join its team in Denver. This role will support the asset management of multifamily properties and contribute to the ongoing development of Brikwell's asset management platform.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and analytical problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including on-site property management staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience with real estate
- A Passion to work with people
- Attention to detail and a love for organization
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word along with the Google suite of products and desire to learn and manage new and emerging technologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, continual learner who is curious, and innovative and can ask for help
- Strong work ethic with ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to multi-task and work proficiently as part of a team
COMPENSATION
- Salary: $90,000-$125,000, based on experience
- Bonus: 10% discretionary, based on performance
