About the Opportunity
Step into a corporate accounting role with broad exposure across financial reporting, technical accounting, insurance, and consolidations. What You’ll Do
- Own key parts of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, intercompany accounting, and consolidations.
- Lead preparation of internal/external financial statements and investor reporting packages.
- Support technical accounting topics such as lease accounting (ASC 842).
- Manage corporate allocations (IT, Legal, HR, etc.) and oversee insurance accounting (medical, workers comp, liability).
- Assist with annual financial statements and footnote disclosures.
- Partner with leadership on process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and efficiency.
- Gain exposure to executive leadership and private equity investors.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of accounting experience (public accounting, public/private mix, or industry).
- Strong technical accounting foundation (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting.
- Ability to partner with leadership, explain complex accounting issues, and drive process improvements.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
