Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

  • Lead and mentor an accounting team of 14, providing guidance and professional development
  • Oversee the general ledger, trial balance, and financial statement preparation
  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee post-acquisition accounting transitions, including conversion from cash to accrual accounting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Preferred experience with Lease Accounting (ASC 842) and Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)
  • Five or more years of leadership experience in an accounting function (excluding consulting/public accounting)
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting and internal financial statements
  • Experience managing complex month-end close processes
