Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job title: Accounting Manager

Location: On-site in Canton, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accounting Manager)

  • Lead and mentor a small, experienced accounting team (AP/AR + Staff Accountants)
  • Manage month-end and year-end closes
  • Oversee the financial reporting package: prepare, review, and streamline accordingly
  • Collaborate with operations on costing, inventory, and production analysis
  • Manage general ledger, accruals, and account reconciliations

Qualifications (Accounting Manager)

  • 5+ years in accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in manufacturing accounting is required
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred, not required!)
