The Opportunity: Our Finance and Accounting team acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the company, working cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong business insights. As the company continues to grow globally, we are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, optimize processes, and drive solutions to complex challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key contributor in the accounting function, overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidations.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls.
- Lead the preparation and review of management reports and provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Conduct technical accounting research on complex issues and provide clear, detailed documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations) to improve end-to-end accounting processes and align on reporting needs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve accounting issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage technology and system capabilities to streamline accounting workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability for future growth.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- CPA required, with 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting within a rapidly growing company, ideally in the tech or global business sector.
- Superior knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate accounting best practices.
- Strong experience with multi-entity consolidations, international subsidiaries, and multi-currency transactions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop accounting staff, with a focus on coaching and team performance.
- Adept at identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for problem-solving, financial process improvement, and driving operational excellence.
The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits): $96,000 - $120,000 USD
Compensation
