Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 + bonus potential

~ Top Requirements of the Accounting Manager ~

• Real estate development industry experience with proven success in project-based/job cost accounting.
• Hands-on leadership experience, managing and mentoring accounting staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Ideal candidate: Background in public accounting with audit experience serving construction clients.

• Own the Numbers: Lead project accounting for multiple developments, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and job costs are spot-on.

• Handle the Complex: Tackle acquisitions, dispositions, and project transitions with confidence and clarity.

• 5+ years of accounting/financial management experience, ideally in real estate development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and projects effectively.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence learning new systems.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the drive to own outcomes.
