About The Company

Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM, with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for compensation-related accounting for the firm.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare month and year-end payout calculations
2. Collaborate with other departments on the reporting and analysis of compensation agreements
3. Prepare month-end closing
4. Help implement reporting and analysis to senior management
5. Review Portfolio Manager contracts and manage all aspects from structuring of agreements to onboarding and PM compensation calculations

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required
2. 2-4 years in public and/or private accounting
3. Hedge fund experience required
4. Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
5. Experience with Oracle is a plus

$70,000-$100,000
