Base pay range

$49.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Responsibilities

• The Accounting Manager will lead and supervise accounting and finance team members
• Oversee general ledger activities, including review and approval of entries and maintenance of sub-ledgers
• Manage monthly close schedules and account reconciliation processes
• Review financial statements, supporting schedules, and analysis; provide recommendations for adjustments
• Monitor cash management activities and maintain banking relationships
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and prepare financial statements in accordance with standard accounting principles
• Support retirement plan audits and related financial reporting
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments and senior leadership to resolve financial issues
• Review and ensure accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
