What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic, multi-entity environment


• Lead and mentor a collaborative team of accounting professionals


• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business goals


• Help streamline reporting, month-end close, and internal controls


• Contribute to system/process improvement and business transformation initiatives


• Support leadership with financial insights, trends, and analysis

Must have:

• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance


• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team


• Experienced in Audit and SOX compliance


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes


• Comfortable navigating change and building structure in fast-growing environments


• Experience with ERP systems a plus
