• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Handle payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close processes
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and review invoices, statements, and reports as needed
• Support senior accounting staff with special projects and administrative tasks
  
  

• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
