Requirements

•Proficiency in MS Office including Pivot Table, Vlookup in Excel

•Bilingual in English and Korean

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field

•Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices

•A team player with high level of dedication

•Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills

•Ability to work under pressure

Physical Requirements

•Ability to climb/lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, including bending and twisting

•Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work if necessary.

Responsibilities

•Post information to accounting software from cash receipts and supplier invoices

•Generate financial reports from information gathered

•Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and ensure the accuracy

•Prepare and maintain financial forms, documents, and reports

•Assist with tax filing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing

•Review and analyze financial data to identify and resolve any discrepancies

•Assist with budget preparation and analysis

•Respond to queries from clients or vendors

•Perform and assist other clerical and administrative tasks as required
