Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr - $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting our accounting department with various tasks related to financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the accounting field.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Provide support during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members regarding financial inquiries and issues.

Required Experience/Skills for the Accounting Clerk:

• 0 - 1 + years of accounting or finance experience.
• Well organized, excellent at multitasking.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
