Legal Secretary
Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is looking for qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years of recent litigation secretarial experience to fill the position of legal secretary in its Newport Beach office. This is not a position for paralegal. A qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment.

Requirements
- Preparation of legal documents.
- Knowledge of California court filing/e-filing procedures.
- Scheduling and calendaring deadlines, meetings, and appointments.
- Excellent communication skills for correspondence with clients and attorneys.
- Experience with word processing systems such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Assistance with miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, or Personal Injury experience required.
