Job Summary:

BILH Primary Care offers a role where you can truly make a difference. As a frontline representative, you will uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions with patients and staff. This position shapes the first impression of the office and influences the patient care experience by managing phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection, billing, and appointment confirmation calls. Your role is vital in ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Degree or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service position
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
