Salary: Up to $113,000 annually
Work Week: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days on-site after 90 days)
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Location: Oakland, CA
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals.
- Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- File legal documents in state and federal courts via e-filing systems.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
- Handle timekeeping, billing, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain organized case files and legal records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Proficient with legal procedures, court rules, and e-filing platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), and familiarity with legal practice management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
