- Handling incoming/outgoing mail
- Typing dictation, primarily settlements and discovery
- Electronic filing of Workers' Compensation and Court Pleadings
- Office supplies
- Reception Area Desk
- Scanning/Faxing when needed by attorney and paralegal
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
