Duties include:
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
- Organize and maintain client files and case documents.
- Assist attorney in preparing for trials, hearings, and related proceedings.
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney's calendar.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Prepare correspondence and draft basic legal documents.
- Maintain document management systems and legal case management software.
- Answer phone calls.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Typing and organizational skills
