Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to four Fiduciary Accountants, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Manage a high volume of internal and external emails with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to address inquiries and provide updates as needed.
  • Schedule client meetings and ensure all relevant documents are prepared and ready beforehand.
  • Serve as a witness, notarize documents, or arrange for notarization as required.
  • Maintain and organize confidential records, ensuring accessibility and security.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support the department's overall success.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Capability to notarize documents or familiarity with notarization processes.
  • Experience with scheduling and preparing documents for client meetings.
  • A proactive attitude and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
