The role you'll contribute
Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

- Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.
- Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.
- Promptly triages and responds to patient call lights.
The expertise and experiences you need to succeed
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Current state CNA license for applicable state of employment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program
- Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience
