Summary of Job Duties: The SSS Database and Records Specialist is primarily responsible for the following:
- Coordinating the selection and training of tutors
- Organizing and scheduling tutoring sessions in locations and times designated
- Maintaining all SSS participant folders and the database
- Coordinating program and tutor evaluation processes
- Maintaining tutor records and monitoring tutor sessions
- Working closely with the Director in gathering the information needed for the Annual Performance Reports
- Typing and assisting in editing correspondence and project forms
- Receiving and routing incoming mail
Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred
- Experience with TRIO programs preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Proficiency in office procedures and operations of office equipment
- Minimum of two years related experience in data entry and or record management
- Experience in a college setting preferred
