Job Responsibilities

  • Secretary for Building Construction Office – handle clerical tasks for staff members including copying, printing, sending faxes, and managing office supplies.
  • Communicate directly with clients: answer phone calls, greet visitors, direct inquiries, and send emails or written communications as needed.
  • Perform data entry, manage calendars, and multitask with strong communication skills to support the team.
  • Help with information management, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide historical reference by using filing and retrieval systems and maintain equipment operation by following procedures.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
