Overview

Foxtrot Aviation Services is looking for dedicated, energetic, quality and safety focused individuals to join our team. Based at Nashville International Airport (BNA), we are seeking a consistently hard-working technician to help remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC) from aircraft stringers, structures, and areas under the floorboards. Additional CIC removal will be performed in the landing gear and behind the wings.

Job Title: Aircraft Detailer

Employment Type: Part-Time

Pay: $19.00 Per hour

Location: Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the cleaning and detailing of our customer’s facility and aircraft.
• Aircraft interior services include cleaning and disinfection of the galley, cockpit, seating areas, carpet, and lavatories.
• Aircraft exterior services include detailing the exterior of the aircraft, wiping, buffing, and other related tasks.
• Use hand scrubbers to remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC).
• Perform high-detail work while standing, crouching, or lying down, approximately 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Wear an N-100 respirator and perform highly physical work in high temperatures (Medically cleared).

Qualifications

• The candidate must be highly reliable and open to working overtime.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to frequent changes in client schedule.
• Capable of bending, twisting, lifting, and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods.
• Ability to perform general manual labor; comfort with heights is required.
• Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
• Veterans must provide the Form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check and obtain airport badging.
• Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes recreational use of marijuana).
